Deputy Premises Manager – This rewarding opportunity has become available following the promotion of the current post holder to the position of resident Premises Manager. The successful candidate would need to have had experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a high level of skill and knowledge in managing premises.

Salary range £28,624-£30,060. 

Site Officer – We are looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic and skilled person to join our team. Duties will include routine premises maintenance, DIY, building security, general site management. There is an opportunity for the right candidate with specific training to be considered for the Deputy Premises Manager role.

Salary £25,992

The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a pleasant and approachable personality, be willing to undertake relevant training, be a good team player but also be able to use their own initiative. Previous experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given.

Both posts are full time 52 weeks working 37 hours a week. A shift pattern is worked full details available on request.
