Tutor groups

We have 300 students in our Year 7 cohort with 10 tutor groups consisting of 30 students.

In June, following our primary transition visits, we will allocate tutor groups for the Year 7 cohort. We will email you with details of your child’s form group and the name of their form tutor once this has been finalised, and in time for Taster Day at the end of June. 

Our extensive experience in managing transition from primary to secondary means that your child’s tutor group allocation will be subject to a rigorous process, ensuring a good gender and ability balance, whilst taking into account advice from their primary school.
