The Sixth Form at Saffron Walden County High, will give you every opportunity to succeed in achieving your goals; whether that is seeking university, apprenticeships or employment.  The facilities, support and care you will receive is exceptional and we are proud to be one of the leading Sixth Forms in the country.  There is no catchment area for our Sixth Form, so wherever you come from, come and discover your potential!

Our Open Evening is a perfect opportunity to visit the school and Sixth Form, take a tour with current Sixth Form students or wander round independently. There will be activities and demonstrations in classrooms for each subject, with teachers and students on hand to answer any questions that you may have.  

Our Director of Sixth Form, Amy Kennedy, will be holding three talks in Saffron Hall at 5:00pm, 6:30pm and 8:00pm. You will need to book a ticket for this event through the Saffron Hall booking website, link below. Once there, you will be required to create an account by providing your name, email address and billing address, as well as setting a password.

Each talk will last approximately 45 minutes. If you are booking for the 8:00pm talk, please note that the rest of the school site will close at 8.00pm so, if you wish to visit classrooms, you will need to ensure that you have taken a tour earlier in the evening. We would suggest allowing up to 90 minutes for a tour with one of our Sixth Form tour guides.
